EFFICIENCY
Efficiency is measured on offensive points vs the matchup difficulty.
To achieve a natural 1.0 efficiency, a member would need to offensively score the baseline against an opponent with an equal ovr/off rating (see EFF2).
Example 1:
You: 15.2k ovr
Opp: 15.2k ovr
Baseline: 18pts
You score 24, but also had a pick6; so your offensive score is 18.
You have 1.0 efficiency.
Example 2:
Same as above, but you got 2 pick6's; so your offensive score is 12.
Now you have 0.67 efficiency.
Example 3:
Same as above, but all 24 pts were offense.
Now you have 1.33 efficiency.

And of course you will have a higher efficiency vs a tougher opponent, and likewise the opposite with a weaker opponent.
