SUPPORTER PERKS

Advanced features of the MADDBOT interface are considered to be perks for leagues who have members that choose to support the MADDBOT SERVER FUND.


Leagues with members who wish to donate to the MADDBOT Server Fund will have SUPPORTER PERKS enabled in their MADDBOT.

  • 2 days are added to your remaining SUPPORTER PERKS time for every $1.00 USD donated.



Leagues without donating member(s) can still use MADDBOT with basic functionality.

 

FAQ

How do I donate?

Any member can use the !donate command to receive a dm with a unique code & link to the current donations run.

  • !donate
  • Copy the unique code in the dm received from MADDBOT
  • Follow the link in the dm to the current PayPal donations page
  • Submit donation (any amount, minimum $1.00) WITH unique code as the the optional comment.


Within 15 minutes or so, a message should post in your bot indicating that the donation was received & processed.


NOTE: Donations made using a PayPal account do not appear to be subject to any fees for the sender.



What happens if SUPPORTER PERKS become disabled?  Do I lose anything?

Nothing is lost when SUPPORTER PERKS become disabled, except for saved reports in the report repository; this is done to save storage space.

  • Your MADDBOT will continue to operate without perks, albeit with more basic functionality.

 


How do I know how long I have before SUPPORTER PERKS are disabled?

The end date/time (UTC) is shown on the Options menu in the MADDBOT Console.



What happens if I donate & forget to include the code, or if I don't see an acknowledgment of the donation?

Use !support example text here to submit a support request.


Note: non-admins will need to have an admin(+) submit the !support request on their behalf.
